Refund Policy

Flyingtime creates custom printed posters and digital print-ready PDFs from the duty report and details you provide. Because every order is made specifically for one customer, our refund policy is intentionally simple.

Custom-made products

All Flyingtime printed posters and digital files are custom-made products. Once work has started on your order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate purchases, or unused orders.

Before work starts

If you contact us before we have started preparing your poster or digital file, we may be able to cancel and refund your order. Please email us as soon as possible with your order details.

Errors and corrections

If we make a mistake in your poster or digital file, tell us and we will correct it. This includes issues such as a spelling error, missing detail, or formatting problem caused by us.

Customer-provided information

Please check your uploaded duty report and any names, dates, or other details before ordering. We are not responsible for errors in the information supplied to us, but we will always try to help with reasonable corrections.

Production and delivery

Flyingtime arranges production and delivery for printed poster orders and manual email delivery for digital print-ready PDFs. We do not supply a frame, and we cannot refund issues caused by customer-provided information, delivery details, customs/import duties for printed orders, local printing choices, or framing choices outside our control.
