These terms explain how Flyingtime works when you order a custom printed poster or digital print-ready PDF. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
What we provide
Flyingtime creates custom poster artwork using the duty report, names, dates, routes, and other details you provide. Depending on the format you choose, your order is for a printed poster in the selected size or a digital print-ready PDF. Frames are not included.
Your information
You are responsible for making sure the files and details you submit are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of creating your poster or digital file.
Orders and payment
Payment is required before work begins. Prices may change from time to time, but any confirmed order will be handled at the price shown when you purchased.
Delivery
For printed poster orders, we arrange delivery to the shipping address you provide. For digital download orders, we manually email the finished print-ready PDF after customization. Delivery times are estimates and may vary if we need extra information from you, if fulfillment is delayed, or if there are technical issues outside our control.
Personal use
Your finished poster or digital file is for personal use. You may display it, print it for yourself, or give it as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork commercially without written permission from Flyingtime.
Corrections
If we make an error in your poster or digital file, we will correct it. Changes that are outside the original order, or based on incorrect information supplied by you, may require an additional fee.
Refunds
Because Flyingtime printed posters and digital files are custom-made products, refunds are limited once custom work has started. Please read our Refund Policy for the full details.
Service availability
We may update, pause, or stop offering parts of the service at any time. We will still do our best to complete any confirmed order that has already been accepted.
